This is the most incompetent company I have ever know. Do not even in gage with them, it is beyond frustrating, stressing and a total disappointment. Once you give your deposit they have you by the nuts.They threaten you with 40% restocking fees, and the stories just continues to be a losing battle!!
Worst customer service Ive ever come across. Told they would order product keep you waiting for weeks and dont bother returning calls. Then make up excuses for lost order. I honestly dont know how they stay in business. Stay away!!
Staff was slightly helpful, but as I was openly not buying my whole set-up there, I was put on the back burner.
Wish I could rate this company zero stars but you can't. Horrible customer service. Purchased a wood stove off them and they said I'll have the bricks the week after. It's been 6 weeks, and stillNo bricks. No emails or calls returned, nights are getting cold, where are my bricks ?
