This is a tranquil location in early morning - in from the City so when coming up this way to visit family I always leave earlier and go to the Hydro Park / Marina as I can park and watch the river go by and drink my coffee. I'm sure during season with all the boating activity it would be busier but I'm there usually very early so should still be quiet and a place to relax and calm your mind and soul before going into the next part of your day.
Simple park. Clean and quiet
