Great customer service! It was nice to be noticed the second I walked in. I went into Ricks Pet Store in search of a new food for my dog, I was not disappointed. The employees helped me out right away and were very knowledgeable! Friendly, clean, store. I will definitely be back regularly to pick up my Nutrience dog and cat foods! They have never been happier.
Horrible treatment of the birds and other animals I've told them several times about bird care and dangerous stuff in the tiny cages Also there prices are trash something that is 4 bucks shouldn't come to 10 dollars with tax!!
