What can I say about the 2 Grands other then it is spectacular we had our wedding here this past Saturday and it was perfect we got married in the restaurant and had our reception there Chris Natalie and chantel went above and beyond to make sure it was the perfect night I wouldnt have wanted it any other way Chris played the piano all night and was great we have only been here a handful of times but it is now our favourite spot for date night we both had filet mingon which was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth I highly recommend trying this place out its a little bit of the big city in the small little town of arnprior if I could give it more then 5 stars I would
The 2 Grands is our go-to place in Arnprior for date night for my husband and I. We've been there several times in the past year and always leave completely satisfied both by the food and entertainment. We recently needed a venue for a wedding reception for this past weekend, and the 2 Grands owners and staff came to our rescue with the perfect venue. They were extremely generous, allowing us to use the restaurant for both the wedding ceremony, which was arranged beautifully by the staff, as well as the reception, which was also laid out perfectly. They accommodated all of our requests and more, and definitely went above and beyond to ensure the bride and groom were happy and well-looked after, and as always, our food was cooked to perfection. We were very impressed, even more so than the regular evenings we've dined at the 2 Grands, and this has solidified its position as one of our most favourite restaurants to go to. We've been to many restaurants over the years, and there is no restaurant like the 2 Grands for food and ambiance anywhere else (and we travel a lot as well). Chris is an amazing performer on the piano - he takes any requests, and if he doesn't know the song, he learns it in 45 seconds (highly impressive to witness)! Chantal's food is absolutely amazing and always cooked to perfection - my personal favourite is the filet mignon, and my hubby's favourite is the Tomahawk Pork Chop. We are very blessed to have The 2 Grands right here in our home town of Arnprior, and highly recommend them to all of our friends and family!
OMG What a Wonderful Time I Had Last Evening. The Food Was Impeccable. From The Apps To The Entree. I Have Never Had A Steak Cooked To Perfection Like I Did At The 2 Grands. The Atmosphere Was Wonderful. The Staff Kind And Efficient. I Highly Recommend The 2 Grands For Food Fun And Entertainment. I Will See You Again For Sure Chris And Nat....Tracy Bandy.....
We went for a wedding reception. The food & atmosphere was amazing and for the size of the gathering the staff did a good job. The entertainment was phenomenal! Thanks for taking special requests and making the bride and groom feel extra special. You can tell the owner was really proud of the place. She checked in with our table fairly often and kept us in the loop as to what was going on and why things were taking a little long. My filet mignon was cooked to a perfect medium rare. Hands down, the creme brulee corn was the best thing on their menu. My only criticism was the "loaded potato". While it was good, it wasn't anything to write home about and lacked seasoning. Love the ambience, want this place to succeed. Odd 1st experience though. Several waitresses huddled at the back so no greeting at all for my friend and I. Had excellent coffee but couldn't seem to get sugar despite requesting. Asked for a menu, never got that either. The service needs to be better. Also can't really tell when it's open, always looks closed. A tiny neon sign saying Open would be a good investment. This is an awesome atmosphere. Just need to work on these things. Good luck.
