Very relaxing and great haircut and color!
ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE.. My stylist told me my hair would be a blonde ombre at the end of the appointment and she did not get anywhere near what I had asked for or what she had told me my hair would look like.. I paid $200+ for my hair to be done and styled.. she did not have time to even fully blow-dry my hair.. because she had a client after me.. I felt very rushed and not relaxed which is what my intention was going into a spa.. I paid to have my hair styled (curled) which also did not get done. My stylist ensured she would fix my hair later in the week free of charge.. but when I went to book the appointment (free appointment) she said she was unwilling to touch my hair and that I would have to wait months before she considered touching my hair. I understand that going lighter is a process but promises were made by the stylist and I also paid for a service I did not receive. They refused to even give me any of my money back.. Had I of known my stylist was lying about fixing my hair free of charge I wouldn't of paid a dime that day in the salon. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
The best place in Arnprior for mani/pedi's, also offers massage, facials, hair services including a barber shop and many more services. Plenty of parking front/back. Michelle and the ladies bend over backwards to give/help u get what u want!! Luv, luv this place.
