This store changed my opinion of CT service Ive had in the past. Pat in the service department delivers great customer service, and is of great value to this store and the CT brand. Ive had two awesome experiences the past two months. This store is nothing like whats described in older reviews.
Great layout. Usually has want I'm looking for. Friendly staff and always kept clean and tidy.
Was served by an older gentleman wearing glasses who was greatly helpful and funny. Always a pleasure to be helped by such a nice employee!
This is a "legacy" store with much of the merchandise either way up high or stored in the back as over stock. The sales floor is neat and tidy and customer service has seen an upturn as of late. Employees do not offer help, which is a stark contrast to Home Hardware across the street.This store also needs some ambience. It is uncomfortably quiet: some low music playing would do wonders!
New store. Nice spot. Not as big as most CanTire but I think they were limited due to property and building size.
